Realtime provides a platform for managing and streamlining communication and data related to the production lifecycle of manufactured goods. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in any unauthorized use of the platform or its features.
• Uploading or transmitting any harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Accessing the Service by any method other than the provided interfaces.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are for individual named users only: each person who accesses the Service must have their own account, and you may not share your login credentials with, or allow your account or any paid seat to be used by, more than one individual. Paid seats are licensed per individual user and may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple people.

Your use of the Service involves the submission and storage of data. We are committed to securing your data and complying with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Payments for the Service are processed through our third-party payment processor. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the payment processor's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information; all financial transactions are handled securely by the payment processor. Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis and are licensed per user seat. Fees are billed per seat according to the plan you select (monthly or annual) and, unless otherwise stated, automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Adding users or seats during a billing period may result in additional charges, which may be prorated. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change our fees or plans on a prospective basis with notice as described in these Terms.

The Service, including all software, source code, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is owned by REALTIME MANUFACTURING LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of any content that you upload or create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the functionality of the Service. You agree not to upload or share content that infringes on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate them without obligation or compensation to you.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraud or illegal activities.
• Distributing harmful or malicious software, including viruses and malware.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or any related systems.
• Sharing account credentials, or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account or paid seat, to circumvent seat-based licensing or fees.
• Copying, modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or to extract, collect, or copy data from it.
• Reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise making the Service available to a third party, including on a service-bureau or time-sharing basis.
• Accessing or using the Service to build, develop, train, or improve a competing product or service, or for benchmarking or competitive analysis.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any proprietary notice in or on the Service.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability or uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service, and any outstanding payments will remain due. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if it becomes inactive for an extended period of time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtime and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Realtime, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, any content you upload, or any violation of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REALTIME MANUFACTURING LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
